DTC Home & Lifestyle E-commerce Email Design

Three clients, three completely different design problems. Club Furniture calls for editorial restraint - compositions and layouts that communicate quality before the reader reaches a single spec. Cove needs visual contrast that earns attention fast, then a layout that builds the trust case methodically. DYPER runs the full range: launches, seasonal promotions, subscription campaigns, re-engagement - each requiring a different visual approach while staying recognizably on-brand.

One Home, Many Visual Languages

A furniture brand, a home security company, and a diaper subscription each come with their own visual identity, their own audience, and their own emotional context. The design challenge wasn't just following brand guidelines - it was understanding what each layout needed to do differently, and how far the visual language could stretch before it stopped feeling like the brand.

Layout as the First Argument

For Club Furniture: editorial framing, deliberate compositions, and enough breathing room to let the product speak. For Cove: high-contrast heroes that stop the scroll, followed by layouts that build the trust case before asking for anything. For DYPER: a wide tonal range across different campaign types - with compositions that shift to match each one without losing the brand thread. Different answers, same discipline: make the layout do the work before the copy has to.

†Desktop layouts are where most visual decisions have room to fully play out. Every email in this collection is also responsive and dark mode-ready — mobile comes with its own constraints and its own design decisions, and an email that only works on desktop isn't finished.
